Reflection of ISCI761: My Biggest Takewaway
Information Technologies in the School Library: Reflection I learned a copious amount of helpful information over the past few months in this course, so I am not sure I will be able to discuss just one takeaway. I feel as though the material learned in this course was some of the most useful in regards to my future career as a school librarian, mainly the school website assignments. The very first assignment for this class was to search, analyze, and evaluate school library websites. That assignment inspired me by giving me the tools to know that a school library website needs to be user friendly and informational. I was able to see websites that were great and not so great for users. It was helpful to see these websites to go ahead and get an idea of what my school library website should look like.
